      Surfing the Web, however, you will certainly come across advertising material of various degrees of mendacity, from embarrassing to criminal. More often it is people promoting quack remedies, making wild claims that have no foundation in either basic science or medical experience.       And why the .be extension? Simply because we wanted to use a ‘cancerinfo’ name and it was the only one still available for worldwide use, which perhaps will tell you something about what most people who run cancer websites are really after, but not us.
